Cardiovascular Consultants Ltd. agreed to a $3.85 million settlement over a September 2023 data breach exposing patients' Social Security numbers, medical records, and health insurance information. Affected U.S. residents can claim an estimated $75 cash payment, up to $5,000 in documented out-of-pocket losses, and two years of medical monitoring. The claim deadline is July 1, 2026.
Complete Payroll Solutions Data Breach Settlement — Claim Up to $5,000 or $100 Cash by June 18, 2026
Complete Payroll Solutions agreed to a $2.6 million settlement over a March 2024 data breach exposing SSNs, financial data, and health insurance information. Notified individuals can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, a ~$100 pro rata cash payment, and/or 3 years of credit monitoring — no documentation needed for the cash and monitoring options.

Bell Ambulance Data Breach Settlement: File a Claim by June 29, 2026 for Up to $5,000
Bell Ambulance agreed to a $2 million settlement over a February 2025 cyberattack that exposed patients' and employees' names, Social Security numbers, medical records, and other protected health information. Eligible class members can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, or a no-proof cash payment estimated at $90. The claim deadline is June 29, 2026.
If You Used the Thriveworks Patient Portal Between 2023 and 2025, You Could Claim Up to $10 from a $1.9 Million Settlement
Thriveworks agreed to a $1.9 million settlement over allegations its patient portal shared users' sensitive health data with Google and LinkedIn through tracking pixels — without consent. Patients who used the portal between April 25, 2023 and September 5, 2025 can file a claim for up to $10 cash. No documentation required. Deadline: July 21, 2026.
Chicago Tow Lawsuit Settlement — Up to $1,250 for Owners of Vehicles Towed Without Notice
The City of Chicago agreed to a $1.4 million settlement over allegations it towed vehicles deemed abandoned and lacking registration without first mailing notice to owners. If your vehicle was towed by Chicago on or after June 11, 2017 under the abandoned vehicle ordinance, you may claim up to $1,250. Deadline: August 12, 2026.
Generac PWRcell Settlement: $15 Million for Solar System Owners Hurt by SnapRS Failures — Claim by August 24, 2026
Generac has agreed to a $15 million settlement over defective SnapRS devices that can overheat and shut down PWRcell solar power systems. Current owners and primary users who purchased before January 9, 2026 can file for a pro-rata cash payment plus additional reimbursement for repair costs or energy losses. Deadline: August 24, 2026.
Bank of America $2.25 Million ATM Fee Settlement — Former Customers Have Until June 29, 2026 to File a Claim
Bank of America agreed to a $2.25 million settlement over allegations it charged customers two out-of-network fees for a single balance inquiry at FCTI-owned ATMs inside 7-Eleven stores. Former account holders must file a claim by June 29, 2026; current account holders receive payment automatically.
