ASP Aesthetics LP agreed to a $1.3 million settlement over claims it kept sending marketing texts after customers asked it to stop. If you received unwanted texts from ASP Aesthetics, you can claim up to $55 per text, up to $550 total. File by June 11, 2026.
Register.com (Network Solutions) TCPA Class Action Settlement
Newfold Digital and Register.com agreed to a $1.5 million non-reversionary TCPA settlement after plaintiff Tiffany Lewis alleged Register placed 1,652 artificial or prerecorded voice calls to 453 cellular telephone numbers that had been disconnected and reassigned per the FCC's Reassigned Numbers Database. In its April 1, 2026 Preliminary Approval Order, the Court estimated about $2,130 per affected number will remain for distribution after $500,000 in attorneys' fees, $25,000 in expenses, and a $10,000 service award are deducted. People who got such a call between February 12, 2021 and November 24, 2025 can submit a Claim Form by June 15, 2026 using just their name, address, and phone number.
Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Royal Prestige TCPA Class Action Settlement: $4.75M Fund, Estimated $600 to $1,000 Per Claimant
Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC (dba Royal Prestige) will pay $4.75 million to resolve claims it placed artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cell phones of non-customers between October 22, 2020 and September 10, 2025. Each valid claimant is estimated to receive $600 to $1,000. Claims are due by July 8, 2026.
